Olaszrizling

Its acids are full-bodied and elegant. It tastes a bit rough, it is said to be a “real man’s wine”. Its smell and taste is reminiscent of bitter almond. 

It is in perfect harmony with the Hungarian cuisine and with smoked meat.

Rajnai Rizling

It is a redolent, harmonious-flavored, light, fresh wine. It is bravely suggestable beside appetizers, fish and poultry.

Irsai Olivér

It is green-white, muscat, it reminds you of a flowery meadow. In its flavor you can sense the bright acids and the freshly picked grape. It is perfect for conversations between groups. 

It is usually paired with fruity meat, fish or with appetizers.

Ottonel Muskotály

The muscat is the most ancient type of grape. It requires a carrying attention. 

Its wine has some outstanding acids. It smells like orangery. That is why it should be drunk by itself. 

Szürkebarát

It provides an outstanding quality. In smell, in taste, in flavor it shows a great concord and it has plenty of alcohol. 

This wine is full-bodied and has a wide range of flavor, which can be sensed after swallowing it.

Chardonnay

In taste it reminds you of green apple and melon. 

The best choice is to pair it with fish, poultry, cheese and with food with mushroom sauce.

Tramini

Spicy flavor and taste, with a little exotic strain, which beautifully harmonizes fruity feature. With intensive rose and litchi smell, with fruit, cinnamon and honey tastes. 

It is recommended to drink with meat which was prepared with fruity sauces, also with far East-Chinese and Thai cuisine, especially with non-hot food specialties. 

Zenit

Typical for the type the sweet smell and taste. Its sweetness is perfectly matches with its flavors. 

In smell mostly spices, fruit and peppermint aromas are domineering.

Rose

Salmon like rose color. It is characterized by refined, refreshing acids.

It has a gentle nose and it is reminiscent of raspberry and blackberry.

Merlot (dry)

Tasty, nice dark red, middle-bodied, soft, full of flavor, fruity wine. We recommend it for venison and for stew. 

Merlot (sweet)

It is deep red, and it is rich in both flavor and in taste.

Cabernet Sauvignon

From the noble Cabernet sauvignon species, with using fast and reductive technology of processing the grape. It has a vibratingly nice smell and it reminds you of raspberry and blackberry.

Cabernet franc

Kiemelkedő minőségű,illatában főként a málna, cseresznye, szilva, eper jelennek meg. Borsos fűszeresség és hosszú utóíz jellemzi. Bora a nemes, fűszeres húsételekhez igazodik.

Cuvée

It is a wine specialty, which is a mixture made from Cabernet sauvignon and Merlot.

BalatonBor

A BalatonBor Olaszrizlingből készül. Halételekhez, tenger gyümölcseihez ajánlott. Fröccsözni ebből kell , savai éppen elegendőek hogy kellően frissítsen.
